Privacy Policy
All2WIKI is operated by Essential AI Solutions LTD. This policy explains what information we process when you use the public site, customer portal, source validation, analysis, payment, processing, and download workflows.
Information we collect
- Account information such as email address, optional full name, organization details, and authentication metadata.
- Project information such as project names, descriptions, source metadata, processing settings, quotes, jobs, invoices, and artifacts.
- Uploaded files, URLs, storage references, generated vaults, audit outputs, manifests, logs, and related processing records.
- Payment status and billing metadata from payment providers. Full card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored by All2WIKI.
- Operational data such as IP-derived request metadata, timestamps, error reports, security events, and support messages.
How we use information
- To create accounts, manage projects, validate sources, estimate costs, process payments, generate vaults, and deliver downloads.
- To provide support, investigate failures, prevent abuse, secure the service, and maintain accounting and audit records.
- To send service messages about billing, processing status, account security, and support requests.
Providers and processing
All2WIKI may send source excerpts, generated prompts, metadata, and processing instructions to configured infrastructure and model providers only as needed to validate, quote, generate, audit, and package a vault. Provider choices and processing modes are controlled by the service workflow and account configuration.
Retention and deletion
Customer-owned projects, sources, generated artifacts, and account data can be deleted through the portal where available or by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for security, accounting, dispute handling, backups, or legal obligations.
